The Club will function without a Manager for the forseeable future, all footballing decisions will be made by the Head Coach and all administration will be done by the secretary and the committee, this will ensure that the Club runs effectively and that the the most important people in the Club OUR PLAYERS, get the most professional training and development that we can give them.  The Club will always be Player orientated and the PLAYERS will always come first.
